Who we are

What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, delivery address, email, phone (optional) and order details. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — if you opt in — send you occasional emails. We do not sell your personal data.

Order emails and offers

When you order, we use your email address to send you updates about your order. These emails may also include offers for similar CURALP products. You can refuse these offers at any time, free of charge: reply "stop" to any of our emails or write to support@curalp.ch. You will still receive your shipping confirmation with tracking.

Who processes your data

Our store runs on Shopify (hosting, checkout). Payments are handled by our payment providers. Orders are fulfilled through our supplier and shipping carriers, who receive only the delivery details needed to ship your order. Some of these providers are located outside Switzerland and the EU; they process data on our behalf under their own data-protection agreements.

Cookies

We use cookies for essential store functions and, with your consent, for analytics and advertising measurement (e.g. Meta, TikTok). You can manage non-essential cookies via the cookie banner.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email support@curalp.ch and we will respond within 30 days.
