1. These terms

These terms govern your use of curalp.ch and any purchase you make. The store is operated by Agentic Commerce OÜ, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia, registry code 17546335 (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and are final consumer prices: shipping to Switzerland is included and no customs or other charges are added at checkout. We may update prices and product details at any time. We take care to describe products accurately.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable), in which case we refund any payment in full. We currently sell and ship to addresses in Switzerland only.

4. Delivery

We ship free to addresses in Switzerland. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates.

5. Our 30-Night Promise and statutory warranty

We offer a voluntary 30-Night Promise — see our Returns & Refund Policy. In addition, new goods sold to consumers carry the statutory two-year warranty for defects under Swiss law (Art. 197 ff. OR). Please notify us of any defect promptly after discovery. Our promise does not limit these rights.

6. No change-of-mind return obligation

Swiss law provides no statutory right to cancel an online purchase after it has been placed. Any return or refund beyond the statutory warranty is granted voluntarily under our 30-Night Promise.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

Purchases by consumers resident in Switzerland are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence always apply.
