Return and Refund Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CURALP order. If you are not happy with your purchase, please read our policy below.

 

Returns

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

 

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@curalp.ch with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions.

 

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@curalp.ch within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

Non-returnable items

 

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
