Our 30-Night Promise

We want you to love your Curalp silk. Sleep on it for up to 30 nights from the day it's delivered. If it isn't the best sleep you've had, contact us and we'll send you a free replacement — or, if you prefer, a refund.

You keep the original

There's nothing to post back and no forms to fill in. This keeps things simple for you and means no return shipping from abroad.

How to claim

Email support@curalp.ch within 30 nights of delivery with your order number and a short note. For a refund, please also attach a photo of the product. We'll sort out your replacement or refund promptly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. One claim per customer; applies to orders delivered within Switzerland.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email support@curalp.ch with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you — you don't need to send anything back. Defects are covered by the statutory two-year warranty under Swiss law; please report them promptly after discovery.

Your statutory rights

This voluntary promise is in addition to any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law, which are not affected. Swiss law does not provide a general right to cancel an online order after it has been placed; refunds beyond the statutory warranty are granted under this promise.
